Liberia: UL-PIRE IRB Issues Updated Handbook

The University of Liberia-Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation Institutional Review Board (UL-PIRE IRB) has revised their Policies and Procedures Handbook as of June 2020.

The comprehensively revised handbook, which replaces the 2008 version, provides information on a structured approach to evaluating the ethics of research protocols and a clear understanding of the fundamental principles that should be used to determine or accept research proposals.
